Passion, because he knows that what he creates every night has to be better and better.

Love, because to do a job like this takes patience and willpower.

Dedication, because when others are asleep he is already awake.

The business was born at the beginning of the 1990s in December, a cold month, but the bakery warmed the spirits; it was born from nothing, but it began to take hold amidst mistaken doughs dictated by a lack of experience. It first grew up in the town centre and then moved to the suburbs to offer customers a better shopping experience.

In addition to bread, there are various bakery products and many formats of fresh pasta.
