Shipping times and costs
Products are shipped by selected courier to the delivery address indicated in the order.
Order processing times
Shipping is guaranteed throughout ITALY (Islands included). Our shipments are made on Mondays, with processing of all orders received by 23:00 on Sundays.
The delivery time, purely indicative, is approximately 1/2 working days from the date of shipment for express courier and 2/4 working days for standard courier, the same may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and are therefore made on the next working day.
Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by Di Gruttola Srl, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:
a) that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping);
b) that the number of items delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the shipping label, packaging and products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately notified by the Customer, who may contact Di Gruttola Srl specifying the order for which such misunderstandings occurred.
It is possible to track the shipment directly online.
Shipping to FOREIGN COUNTRY is currently not foreseen.
Shipping costs
The cost of shipping within Italy varies depending on the total weight of the order.
All prices shown on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and declared for each shipment during the final step of filling out the order form. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The corresponding weight threshold is calculated as follows:
sum of the takes of all products in the cart and the weight of the shipping packaging.
The weight of the packaging varies depending on the weight ranges, according to the following table:
weight from 0 kg up to 2 kg: 0.4 kg
weight from 2 kg up to 5 kg: 0.9 kg
weight from 5 kg up to 10 kg: 0.9 kg
weight from 10 kg up to 20 kg: 1.5 kg
What happens if I am not present when the courier arrives?
If the courier who is in charge of delivering the goods to your home finds no one at home, he leaves a non-delivery notice and attempts to redeliver the goods the next day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order is placed in storage at the local branch. It is possible to re-deliver the shipment by contacting that branch at the telephone number you will find on the notice left by the courier. The costs of opening the warehouse are borne by the customer and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
