Cavatelli Rigati
Our Cavatelli rigati or Gnocchetti Sardi are a tribute to traditional Sardinian regional cuisine, where they are also called malloreddus, or small gnocchi.
Their ridged surface and shell shape allow the sauces used for seasoning to be absorbed by the pasta and give one mouthful after another a truly delicious flavour.
